Italian cuisine is amongst the finest in the world, using a range of spices and flavours Italians have created some of the greatest dishes known to man. Meals such as lasagne, polenta and agnolotti ravioli are classic favourites of food lovers worldwide.

We use only the finest ingredients in our food such as first pressing olive oil, parma ham, parmigiano-reggiano and cotechino modena sausage.

My personal favourite meal is cotechino modena with a side of polenta and lentil, sometimes you just can't beat the simpler dishes. Roberto prefers more Neapolitan cuisine such as spaghetti alle vongole which contains various shellfish and pasta.

Italians also know how to make a delicious desert, most notably tiramisu and cannoloni. Tiramisu originated in Treviso and was invented by confectioner Roberto Linguanotto's god-daughter. It is usually prepared using savoiardi biscuits that are dipped in the finest coffee then layered with whipped egg yolks and mascarpone, following this it is flavored with liquor and cocoa.

Cannoloni is a favourite of many Italians and consists of a creamy filling made with ricotta cheese and chopped succade wrapped in a light pastry dough. People like to add other fillings to this recipe though such as citrus peels or cherries.
